■ Name

Name: Polyether fermentation defoamer

Active Ingredients: Propylene glycol polyoxyethylene oxide ether

■ Introduction

DF103 defoamer is a new polyether fermentation defoamer developed by our company according to the special fermentation needs of amino acids and so on . It is a polyether defoamer with particularly long lasting anti-foam performance . The product is produced by a special polymerization process, which has the advantages of high safety for strains and saving the amount of use compared with other polyether defoamer. The products are mainly used in glutamic acid, citric acid, lysine, leucine, arginine, dibasic acid, ytetracycline, aureomycin, neomycin, abamectin, colistin, polycidin, vitamin C, vitamin B2, enzyme Q10, erythritol, yeast and other microbial fermentation process defoamination addition.

■ Usage Method

It can be combined with the base material for disinfection, and it can also be divided into the tank in the later period, and the general use amount is about 0.2-0.3‰ to meet the defoaming requirements of the whole fermentation cycle.

■ Package/Storage/Transportation

1.This product is packed in 25KG drums,200KG plastic or iron drums, 1000KG IBC container.

2.Storage is valid for one year.

3.Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing.
