■ Name

Name: Silicone defoamer for Drilling Fluid

Active Ingredients: Polysiloxane , silicone resin , dispersant , emulsifier

■ Introduction

This product is specially designed for the defoaming process of the oil industry aqueous pHase system . It has the advantages of low consumption , good defoaming performance , wide acid and alkali resistance range and wide application temperature range . The agent is widely used in freshwater, seawater, high degree saline and saturated saline drilling fluid. The total amount of dose in defoaming process is less , the speed of defoaming is faster and the time of antifoaming is longer. Its main features are as follows: non-toxic , odorless , non-corrosive , high-temperature , anti-pollution , good compatibility, no fluorescence , no pollution to the environment , easy to use . This product is also widely used in the process of fracturing fluid defoaming and the effect is excellent.

■ Usage Method

The product can be directly added to mud , or the required amount of defoamer can be diluted into 1 : 5 solution with clean cold water, the recommended dosage is about 0 .5-1 .5 ‰ .

■ Package/Storage/Transportation

1 .This product is packed in 25KG drums ,200KG plastic or iron drums , 1000KG IBC container.

2 .Storage is valid for one year.

3 .Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing.
