XPJ100 Defoamer

■ Introduction

XPJ100 is a new pure siloxane defoamer first developed by our company for the fermentation industry, which breaks through the shortcomings of ordinary dimethylsilicone oil defoamer with short foaming inhibition time. Because the product is non-toxic and harmless, it is conducive to the growth of strains, and is widely used in seed tank amplification process and fermentation ingredients disinfection, and is also the first choice of defoamer for post-fermentation extraction process. Products are widely used in lincomycin, gentamicin, acillin, erythromycin, oxytetracycline, neomycin, VB12, creatinine, xanthan gum, Cordyceps powder, ganoderma lucidum powder, cephalosporin powder, yeast and unsaturated fatty acids ARA, DHA and many other special biological fermentation processes; It is also used in general chemical industry defoaming applications.

■ Usage Method

Directly add the agent to the base material; It can also be mixed with polyether defoamer in the later stage to fill the tank, and the effect is better inthe condition of stirring, the amount used is  about 0.3-1‰ of the fermentation broth.


■ Package/Storage/Transportation

1.This product is packed in 25KG drums,200KG plastic or iron drums,1000KG IBC container. 

2.Storage is valid for one year.

3.Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing .
