■ Name

Name: Defoamer for PVC resin

Active Ingredients: Resin modified Polysiloxane, silicone polyether emulsifier, stabilizer

■ Introduction

XPJ180 is a Silicone defoamer specially designed for PVC production by our company. It is the most economical defoamer for PVC production . This product has the characteristics of Fast defoaming , low consumption , high temperature resistance , shear resistance , pressure resistance and so on . XPJ180 completely breaks through the technical problems of easy bleaching oil and demulsification after dilution of ordinary defoamer. It is the most effective product suitable for high-quality PVC industrial production . The product is suitable for the process of recovering unreacted VCM after suspension and emulsion polymerization . Its good defoaming performance and bubble inhibition performance make the whole recovery process effectively eliminate and inhibit the generation of foam , and improve the desorption speed of PVC resin VCM , reduce the content of residual VCM in PVC resin.

■ Usage Method

Under the basic process site condition , metering pump can be used to transport to polymerization kettle . The basic addition amount is recommended to be 0 .01-0 .5 % , and the optimal amount is determined by gradient test.

■ Package/Storage/Transportation

1.This product is packed in 25KG drums,200KG plastic or iron drums,1000KG IBC container .

2.Storage is valid for one year .

3.Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing.
