■ Name

Name: compound defoamer I

Active Ingredients: polydimethylsiloxane emulsion , polyoxyethylene glycerol ether.

■ Introduction

Compound defoamer is a food additive produced by our company according to the national standard [GB26687-2011] . It innovatively uses polydimethylsiloxane emulsion mixed with polyoxyethylene polyoxyepropylene polyether through complex high-speed shear and mutual encapsulation mixing process . The product not only has the characteristics of rapid defoaming of silicone type , but also has the characteristics of long-term defoaming of polyether.The product is widely used in various fermentation processes and has better defoaming speed and durability than polyether type defoamer. The products can be widely used in glutamic acid , lysine , leucine , enzyme preparation , xanthan gum , coenzyme Q10 , vitamin C , B2 , B12 , DHA ,ARA , citric acid ,penicillin , oxytetracycline , erythromycin , gentamicin and many other fermentation processes.

Appearance:	White liquid
Sensory:	No odor,no corruption and mildew phenomenon , no visual foreign debris
Arsenic (As) :	≤2 .0 mg/ Kg
Lead(Pb):	≤2 .0 mg/ Kg

■ Usage Method

It can be added in the fermentation base material , or it can be added after disinfection into irrigation;

The specific limit value should follow the provisions of [GB2760-2014] food additive use standard.

■ Package/Storage/Transportation

1 . This product is packed in 25KG drums ,200KG plastic or iron drums , 1000KG IBC container.

2 . Storage is valid for one year.

3 . Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing.
