■ Name

Name: Cyanide antifoaming agent for gold extraction

Active Ingredients: Mixtures of organic esters, dispersants and fatty alcohol esters .

■ Introduction

This product is a kind of high-efficiency defoamer which is refined by various defoaming active substances according to the foaming characteristics of cyanide gold extraction industry. It has obvious defoaming effect on cyanogen (gold, silver concentrate), engine oil, 2 # or 11 # oil and pulp containing high carbon sulfur and arsenic . The foam produced by zinc conversion method and carbon pulp method has excellent foam suppression and defoaming effect . To improve the working conditions of cyanide . The better economic and technical indexes can be obtained by eliminating the cavitation pHenomenon and increasing the leaching rate .

This product has stable chemical properties, no toxic and side effects, acid and alkali resistance, no corrosion, no pollution, Fast defoaming speed, long foaming time; Also, it is widely used in copper sulfur concentrate flotation process and other mining production .

■ Usage Method

Stir properly and evenly before use . In the process of cyanidation, 1‰ defoamer is added from the inlet to eliminate the foam in the tank, and then a small amount of it is added in time to achieve economical defoaming and antifoaming effect and reduce consumption . It is advisable to add 0.5-1‰ or so .

■ Package/Storage/Transportation

1 .This product is packed in 25KG drums ,200KG plastic or iron drums , 1000KG IBC container.

2 .Storage is valid for one year.

3 .Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing.
