XPJ130 Defoamer

■ Name

Name: Pulping Silicone defoamer

Active Ingredients: Special silicone resin modified siloxane , silicone polyether emulsifier, dispersant

■ Introduction

XPJ130 is a silicone defoamer designed for high-end pulping process . The product can quickly eliminate the foam caused by lignin and other surfactants . It can also accelerate the dehydration process and improve the washing effect of pulp , reduce water consumption and reduce the amount of bleaching chemicals .

XPJ130 is particularly good at silicon residue and silica gel generation . It has no late pollution even at 95℃ , so it helps to realize more profitable and more environmentally friendly pulp production . It is widely used for defoamer of sulfite bleached wood pulp , reed pulp , bamboo pulp , alkali rice straw pulp and wheat straw pulp.

■ Usage Method

Add this product directly into the head groove of the pulp washing machine with a metering pump , and can also be added to the outlet of CX pulp screening machine for use . The consumption of tons of dry pulp is about 0 .3-0 .8KG.

■ Package/Storage/Transportation

1.This product is packed in 25KG drums,200KG plastic or iron drums,1000KG IBC container .

2.Storage is valid for one year .

3.Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing.
