XPJ622 Defoamer

■ Name

Name: Silicone defoamer for high temperature printing and dyeing

Active Ingredients: Special polymer, modified Polysiloxane , emulsifier, dispersant.

■ Introduction

The agent is designed for high temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine and other printing and dyeing process design . It is suitable for defoaming and inhibiting foaming in non-ionic or anion systems , and can be used in a wide range of temperature and PH . It has the characteristics of Fast defoaming speed , good durability, long-term effectiveness and good stability. It can also be used in the production of adhesives and adhesives as well as in the process of chemical production (water-borne) and so on .

■ Usage Method

Proper stirring should be done before using , the amount of defoamer needed should be diluted into 1 : 5 solution when using . The diluent should not be stirred with high-speed centrifuge and the recommended dosage is about 50-500 ppm .

■ Package/Storage/Transportation

1.This product is packed in 25KG drums,200KG plastic or iron drums,1000KG IBC container .

2.Storage is valid for one year .

3.Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing.
