■ Name

Active Ingredients: Modified Polysiloxane,dispersant,emulsifier

■ Introduction

This product is mainly aimed at foaming characteristics and printing and dyeing process of textile size in textile industry(below 80℃ ) .Our company is one of the key export varieties . XPJ220 defoamer has good dilution stability,30% defoamer solution can be stored for 6 months without delamination ,Acid and alkali Wide ,Weak anionic emulsion can be made according to the requirements of customers . It is widely used in Common textile stock acrylic textile sizing , polyester sizing , high-speed textile sizing , medium temperature printing and dyeing , binder production ,cutting fluid and other water-based industrial production processes . It is one of the most cost-effective textile printing and dyeing defoamer in the domestic market ,Well received by users .

■ Usage Method

This product can be diluted and prepared by 1 : 5 . The general dosage is 100-1000ppm . When used in textile slurry, 1-2 .5 ‰ is usually added , which can meet the requirement of long-term storage and defoaming effect .

■ Package/Storage/Transportation

1.This product is packed in 25KG drums,200KG plastic or iron drums,1000KG IBC container .

2.Storage is valid for one year .

3.Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing.
