■ Introduction

This product is a compound defoamer, prepared from a variety of active auxiliaries . In the aqueous system , it is easy to disperse . It has the quick defoaming effect and the durable antifoaming function . It will not corrode the machine and the using temperature can be up to 100 ℃ .

Maximum advantages: resistance to 5 % alkaline water, no caking , no bleaching oil , no sticking board ; Low consumption , high stability, not easy to decompose; Good washability, will not be left on the surface of the post-process quality defects; Dry film will not affect the infiltration of plating , will not affect the solderability, wide range of operations . Professional applications: Circuit board water treatment , membrane removal (5% alkaline water removal) , sewage treatment , development process and so on .

■ Usage Method

Adding before foaming is the most effective method. The product can be directly dripped or diluted with water immediately. The amount of defoamer depends on different applications . The initial concentration of defoamer is usually 0 .3-0 .5 ml per liter tank solution . When the  tank solution reaches saturation due to the dissolution of dry film or wet film , the amount of  defoamer should be increased. 


■ Package/Storage/Transportation

The products are packaged in 25kg plastic drums , 200kg plastic iron drums or 1000kg plastic drums . The storage period is valid for one year at room temperature .
