Name: silicone polyether ink defoamer

Active Ingredients: Modified silicone polyether, d ispersant , emulsifier


■ Introduction

This product is mainly designed for water-based ink defoaming , with good dilution stability and defoaming function , for flexographic printing , gravure water-based printing ink , acrylic resin emulsion , rosin resin , isopropyl acetate and other connecting materials of water-based ink foam has a good effect . It does not affect film formation , shrinkage and fisheye . XPJ300 can be widely used in water-based ink , water-based acrylic emulsion , water-based paint , pressure sensitive adhesive , metal ink , plastic nylon ink and other defoaming process .

■ Usage Method

Can be directly added to the abrasive, the general amount is 0. 1 -0. 5% .

1.This product is packed in 25KG drums,200KG plastic or iron drums,1000KG IBC container . 

2.Storage is valid for one year .

3.Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing.
