■ Introduction

XPJ650 is a special defoamer for alumina production . It is a unique defoamer with no silicon in oils . It can eliminate foam and inhibit the production of foam in Bayer process alumina production . It can be used in alumina production process decomposition tank, red mud sink . In the whole decomposition tank, the effect of defoaming and foaming suppression is persistent . It is effective in a wide range of PH.

Water solubility:Dispersed in water


■ Usage Method

Add defoamer to general chemical metering pump; the defoamer is loaded into the mother liquor of the first decomposition tank or directly into the top of the decomposition tank; The defoamer should not be diluted with water, the water dilution will produce stratification and affect the use effect; Generally, the addition amount is low, about 10-100 ppm .


■ Package/Storage/Transportation

1.This product is packed in 25KG drums,200KG plastic or iron drums,1000KG IBC container . 

2.Storage is valid for one year .

3.Finished products should be stored in a dry and ventilated place . Pay attention to prevent humidity or freezing.
